The FDA released the 2022 edition of the FDA Food Code on December 29, 2022, and this ServSafe® course & exam session has been updated.
ServSafe® Food Manager Exam & Instructor-Led Course is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience.
